Founded in 1973, the Jamshedpur Obstetrics & Gynaecology Society (JOGS) is a professional body of doctors committed to advancing women’s health in Jharkhand through academic growth, clinical innovation and community outreach in obstetrics and gynaecology across the region to enhance.
Established in 1973 by the late Dr. S. Das Gupta (Ex-HOD, OBGY, TMH), the Jamshedpur Obstetric and Gynaecological Society (JOGS) has remained a pioneering force in the field of women’s health for over five decades. A proud affiliate of the Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI), JOGS was born out of a vision to create a collaborative academic platform for healthcare professionals in the region.
